At Peaceful Purple Productions, we stand behind every piece we create. Here's what you can expect when shopping with us:

Cancellations Domestic orders may be cancelled any time before your order is fulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellations are no longer available. EU customers have 30 days from delivery to request a cancellation or return per EU consumer rights law.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for domestic orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To initiate a return, log in to your account and visit your order history.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
